Junior Designer

Job brief

He or she will be responsible for developing and executing the Company’s marketing campaigns and branding materials, they will work closely with other team members in product design projects. In this role you should be highly creative and have an eye for detail.



  • Creating visual content for brand building and lead generation.
  • Creating branded content for print, web and social media.
  • Pitch unique ideas for design projects.
  • Collaborate with Head of Marketing and Events Manager to produce the final product for regional financial events.
  • Collaborate with Head of Marketing and marketing team to produce the final product.
  • Adhere to project deadlines.

Media & Digital Marketing 

  • Drafting engaging content for a variety of audiences on savings, pensions and financial planning
  • Ensuring marketing content is stimulating, visually high-quality and organized for publishing regularly.
  • Advertising: plan and execute lead-generation and client acquisition campaigns, using paid advertising, search optimization, growth hacking and other techniques.


  • BSc. or B.A. in marketing, web media, or graphic design.
  • High command of written and verbal communications, both in Arabic and English.
  • Expert with design software and editing tools (InVision, Adobe, Figma etc.)
  • Basic Motion Graphic and Video Editing skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of handling social media is essential.
  • Fast learner and performance driven.
